Richard AvedonProbably one of the most recognizable fashion photographers of our time, Richard Avedon, has arguably done more for the fashion industry than the designers themselves. His career started through his work with Harper's Bazaar, and snowballed from there until he was eventually photographing for Vogue and Christian Dior. After contributing to magazine's and fashion houses, he became a staff photographer for the New Yorker.
