Influencer and interior designer Liza Litvin took to her Instagram stories after she was reportedly barred from purchasing a Chanel bag at the brand's boutique in Dubai's Mall of the Emirates. "They asked for my ID details and I gave my Russian phone number," Litvin wrote. "Next, the manager said that starting from today they were selling to Russians only if they sign an agreement not to wear their items in Russia."
