It's been a little over a month since JC Penney opened their doors in Herald Square with the help of Kimora Lee Simmons and Mayor Bloomberg. Following the success of Charlotte Ronson's "I Heart Ronson" line for the store, 19-year-old skateboarding dude Ryan Sheckler debuted his budget-friendly line, RS by Sheckler at JCPenney on Aug. 28.
