While this is not a tangible trend, it does have deep roots in Gothic attire. Fairuza Falk, who played Nancy Downs in the movie set a precedent for young girls around the world to follow - studded chokers, black lipstick, unruly hair, crucifixes, and witchy dresses. Givenchy has come closest to bringing the Gothic trend back, but we need a little more effort, people.
