The newly opened High Line welcomed many a stroller enjoying both the beautiful weather and the very first street festival of the elevated walk, sponsored by Target. Weaving through the west side's architectural marvels, the fair featured some impressive balloon creations, face painting, bands and artists. The event was not only an inaugural one for the new outdoor activity favorite, but also marked the 75th anniversary of the High Line itself.
