Tory Burch hostessed a shopping event and cocktail party in her SoHo store yesterday, to benefit Penn GSE Scholarships. David Chines, Jasmin Rosemberg, Naeem Delbridge, Ariel Moses and Jules Kirby were among those sipping and spending, helping provide tuition assistance to full-time students at the master's and doctoral levels. -
