Whitney Port Is Back In The City

Whitney's back, y'all! And last night, Seventeen Magazine threw a party to celebrate. I'm sure Whitney, who is 24, and Seventeen Editor-In-Chief Ann Shoket, who is...older than 24, were both so excited to be hanging out with Sebastian Oppenheim, Camille Hughes, and Taylor DiGiovanni, who are all, well, about 17 themselves.
