OK, maybe I shouldn't have 40,000 emails in my inbox right now, but one of the most amusing parts of this story for me was the fact that "30 emails a day" was too much for...a business owner? So she hired a customer service agent for $50 and then fired him the same day??? 30 emails??? is??? too much????
