First, Chef JP Park’s Egg dish at Atoboy. This is a flavor and texture explosion in your mouth. Briny ocean from the sea urchin, clam and roasted seaweed + the creaminess from egg custard and sea urchin + crunch from crispy quinoa. It’s heavenly.
