The Lobster Fra Diavolo at Momofuku Nishi. Chef Josh Pinsky puts an Asian twist on an already incredible dish. Salt & pepper fried whole lobster over chili garlic noodles that have the best chewy texture. It’s a huge dish but don’t share because you’ll kick yourself afterwards for letting go of a single bite!
