Bringing Argentina's most popular street food to Brooklyn is The Choripan. Named after the sandwich itself, choripan is a popular South and Latin American baguette typically filled with chorizo and chimchurri sauce. By the looks of the pics that have been snapped of the sandwiches so far, we'd say The Choripan at Smorgasburg is worth biting into.
