BrunchStreet

In typical Smorgasburg style, BrunchStreet made a seemingly simple (albeit quite exotic) dish queue-worthy. Started by a veteran chef of NYC, BrunchStreet serves skewers of crispy quail eggs in popular Japanese yakitori style, although topped with a variety of flavors. Get your quail eggs on a stick flavored with sesame, cumin, and chili sauce, or even western flavors such as parmesan, truffle, and brioche.
