What's the hardest part of your job?
Oftentimes, I am the only woman on the job site. As soon as I walk on a job site, people usually think I am the client, but never the contractor. I learned quickly that in this industry, you don’t take “no” for an answer. You have to be feisty and persistent to be heard (and that’s my favorite part of the job)!
