How long have you been into health and wellness?
Pretty much as long as I can remember! I was always extremely into the question, 'what makes me feel good?'
When I was young I knew that exercising and being active made me feel good… I knew that pizza and ice cream parties DID NOT make me feel good. On my walk home from school I used to stop by this health food store and explore. I started my love of seaweed at around age 15 and my abolishment of milk (and addition of almond milk) at age 16. I would say I became more wellness oriented when big changes started to happen in my life and I found myself soul searching a bit in order to stay true to myself, no matter what changed around me. Meditation came when I got engaged, then yoga and breath work came when I got pregnant.
