When seeking out new members, you mention attaining people who may not even know they're influencers. How do you spot that quality?
Cyndi: I like to put myself in a casting directors' shoes. What do brands need for their projects? Who is someone who can evoke an emotional response in potential consumers through their personal style and flare?
But also, it's about finding someone who is admired amongst their peers. I love the people who apply that I can learn something from - whether it's discovering a new artist or a tucked-away restaurant I've never heard of.
