Jeff: “The truth is I don’t have anything I hate about my job, even the most frustrating things, at the end of the day we are able to find humor in.” Are you satisfied? Are you at a place where you feel like you’ve made it? Rich: “Not even close.” Jeff: “Definitely not satisfied. We’ve got a lot that we want to do, this is kind of just the beginning.
