After 88 years, Dutch’s Spirits distillery in Pine Planes, New York, has reopened after being shut down as an illegal bootlegging operation helmed by mobster Dutch Schultz. Sip cocktails by mixology masters Lynnette Marrero (Masterclass, Speed Rack, Llama Inn/San) and Jessica Gonzalez (Nomad) atop hidden tunnels, bunkers, and, legend has it, a buried treasure.
