Kiwi, banana, avocado, and spinach smoothies

Juice it up! With Thanksgiving coming up around the corner, what better excuse than to juice cleanse right now

What you'll need: 

-1 frozen banana, chopped 

-1 kiwi 

-1/2 avocado 

-big handful of spinach 

-1 tsp of maple syrup or honey 

-1 cup of coconut milk

Directions: Simply blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
