Molly’s
Molly's is often coined the most authentic Irish bar in Manhattan. Molly’s is named after Molly Malone, subject of a popular Irish folk song. Purchased in 1964 by a Galway family, Molly's has been in Gramercy for quite some time, drawing a regular stream of locals and Irish customers alike. To date it is managed by two Irishmen and remains committed to transporting guests to Ireland while visiting. The decor is of the classic variety, sawdust on the floor, dark wooden paneling, and a fireplace, creating a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
