Participate in “Unsilent Night”
On December 15, crowds will fill Washington Square Park at around 7pm to march to Tompkins Square Park while performing a “Christmas carol” like you’ve never heard before. Everyone carries boomboxes (or other music amplifiers) that will simultaneously play one of four tracks from “Unsilent Night,” a composition by Phil Kline. The various strains together create an eerily beautiful song that reverberates down the city streets throughout the route. Go HERE for more information! [Photo via]
