Though this Time Square eatery is known for their traditional American dishes like the Club Sandwich and Chicken Wings, the restaurant will be offering Mexican staples in honor of the holiday. Some of The Hudson Bond's tacos we're most excited about include the buffalo chicken taco and the Cabo Fish taco made with beer battered grouper, pineapple salsa, romaine, honey chipotle and guacamole. If you're just looking for drinks, you'll enjoy the $4 Margaritas and Mayan Mule's being served all night.
