The hot spot launches a fresh concept every 4-6 months, so you can embark on continuous gastronomic adventures. Current Chef Sergio Barroso’s 040 at INTERSECT features a sleek and stunning 360° round cocktail bar, private dining room and open show kitchen. The small plates tasting menu includes Salmon with confit garlic ice cream and wasabi, Scallop with potato noisette and bacon foam, Ox Tail Sandwich with pickled spring vegetables and garlic aioli, and Apple Flowers with caramelized petals – you’ll want to smell – and taste the roses!
