Holiday Cranberry Mojito
Available at all iPic locations throughout the month of December!
Made correctly with fresh ingredients and care, mojitos are one of the world’s most
refreshing cocktails. Add a candy cane and some fresh cranberry sauce and you have a
fresh, vibrant and colorful holiday treat.
To make cranberry sauce:
-1 Naval orange cut in chunks
-1 Lemon, - ends and seeds removed, cut in chunks
-1/2 Cup Sugar
-1 Cup Whole Cranberries
-Put everything in a food processor - blend just until cranberries are are well chopped, but not pureed.
Next, add everything below in a festive tumbler – to mix the ingredients, pour into
another tumbler, and then back into original tumbler:
-Ice cubes
-3 heaping spoonfuls of cranberry sauce
-Splash of cranberry juice
-Handful of torn mint leaves
-1.5oz Premium Rum
-Fill to top with Ginger Beer
*Optional: Garnish with a skewer of 3 Fresh cranberries, slapped mint sprig, and a candy cane
*For a NOJITO, skip the rum and replace with 1.5 oz of extra cranberry juice
