On Thursday, they will be offering a themed Sips in the City champagne tasting class. Taught by the restaurant's Beverage Manager, Nikki McCutcheon, the Valentine’s class, part of a monthly series, will focus on giving guests a comprehensive tasting and understanding of everyone's favorite romantic go-to: Champagne. After the class, indulge in the special champagne and oysters starter, and finish things off with their limited-edition Chocolate Cherry Bombe dessert.
