You also just opened Costata in SoHo, tell me about that.
Costata is a steak house we just opened. It's a focus on 3 different categories: crudo, a pasta section, and the steak. We obviously have oysters, as a steak house would, and it's very sharable.
Then, we have a pasta section with side options, which is quite unique. Normally, you might have potatoes and asparagus as a side, but I want you to have a pasta with peas and prosciutto and eat it alongside your steak. It's kind of like taking the Michael White pasta program that we would have at Osteria Morini or Marea and colliding it with steak.
