What is your philosophy when it comes to creating your dishes?
Our food is very rustic and traditional. It’s “New York Italian.” It’s dishes that you’ve seen growing up if you’ve lived in the city or are from an Italian American family. We do things that are very authentic and then we do some dishes that are our interpretation of Italian food. I would consider us a “Red Sauce” Italian restaurant.
