What's your take on the consequences of social media?
Baring it all: the good, bad, and ugly
Liang: “We definitely compare ourselves to everyone’s best moments, and forget it’s just the 1%. There’s also a lot of focus on taking food photos from 50 different angles before you can sit down and eat, which I’m totally guilty of. So sometimes, it can cause you to lose sight of just enjoying a moment because there’s an addiction to capturing and sharing it all.”
Miraya: “I get a lot of inspirations on social media, of other events, decorations - so that’s definitely the good. The bad is the jealousy that’s hard to deny when you see something on social media you wish you could be a part of.”
