What fashion trends are you into this fall?
So velvet is making a huge comeback this fall, which is the happiest moment of my life because I've been a fan of velvet since the 90's when I was a little girl...and of course I was quite uncool for a while.
So now that it's coming back--and I've seen boys and girls wearing it, a friend of mine had a velvet bow tie on...so chic..so lovely.
Is there anything you're looking forward to in the Target-Neiman Marcus collections?
Yeah, I mean hello designers like Prabal Garung and Rodarte. Hello! It's incredible! And people like that with such inherent style in their own lines, no matter what they're designing for, whether it's high street Rodeo Drive boutique, or it's Target, it's gonna be awesome.

What about your NYC Fall go-to spots?
This is my first time here.

I love it! But I want to go out and explore the city...so you have to tell me what's good!

I could tell you a few things...So anything coming up for Halloween?
Actually yeah I'm doing sort-of a little party with Ashley Madekwe and Gabriel Mann from the show [Revenge], and we're all going to dress up.
Do you know what you're dressing up as, or is that a secret?
It's not necessarily a secret [her publicist indicates to her that it is in fact a secret] but I'm pretty sure I'll be making it myself.
