The HelpName: The Help Plot Line: During the civil rights movement, Skeeter (Emma Stone) writes a novel from the point of view of the maids that work for the white families in her wealthy Southern town and the racism they face. Our Rating: While the book does go more in depth with details and analysis, the movie does a great job telling the story and the amazing acting made the characters even more relatable.
