Last Wednesday I went to the Concert for a Healthy City at Webster Hall to see our friends Blood St. perform. I took photographer Mitch Magnum along with me for the show. The venue was huge and there were raffles and give-aways that everyone took part in. The band itself was rockin! I really enjoyed watching them along with Oakley Hall, Glint, Hymns, George Stanford, and Nobody Can Dance.

The concert proceeds went to help improve health care among adults in New York City without health insurance or a regular health care provider. The event was put into motion by student-run health care clinics around NYC to heighten awareness and raise funds to provide care to those in need.
