Singer, songwriter, and emerging star Queen Naija climbed to her pillar of Internet fame on YouTube. Since April 2017, she has garnered a fan base of over three million subscribers on her solo channel. In 2018, she signed a deal with Capitol Records, releasing her five song self-titled EP and solidifying herself as one of the most spirited female artists to ever be born of the web. A compelling tribute to heartbreak, motherhood, and finding the strength to love again, the EP landed Queen Naija recognition as an iHeartRadio On The Verge Artist and the title of YouTube’s Artist on The Rise for the month of August. Needless to say, things are looking bright for 2019.
Queen is currently on tour in North America throughout December, but we were lucky enough to catch her for a chat (and dress her up in some fabulous clothes).
