Bar Nana
Overview: When Bar Nana opened up on Gansevoort Street last fall, we were thrilled to have a dark, sexy lounge in the Meatpacking District instead of another dance club. Aside from a few ragers late into the night, the former Double Seven space has remained that way. The crowd is always stylish, and naturally it's a hot bed for designers and fashion insiders.

Insider's Scorecard: Bar Nana has been one of the most steadily booked venues for fashion parties, in part because of its dark but elegant vibe. Timo Weiland, Michael Bastian, Todd Snyder, Yigal Azrouel, and InStyle Magazine are just some of the recent hosts at Bar Nana, which was one of the most popular venues during NYFW. They've also enlisted DJs like Mick and Vikas to host parties such as House Warming every few weeks for those in-the-know.
