The New Yorker Festival
You know that feeling when you open the latest issue of the
New Yorker and are legitimately overwhelmed by how much more you'll know about everything you care about (and everything you didn't know that you cared about) by the time you're done reading it?
Now imagine all of those features about politics and influential personalities, all of that poetry and pop culture jumping off of the page and onto the streets of New York.
Welcome to the wonderful world of the
New Yorker Festival. From October 5-7, you can enjoy panels, discussions, readings, and live performances from your favorite cultural and political personalities. In a top-of-the-line line-up, we're looking forward to an evening with The Moth, a morning with Malcolm Gladwell, and an afternoon with
Portlandia Live. Tickets tend to sell out quickly, but you can still snag some both the day that the festival kicks off and an hour before most events.
