Dinner & Drinks
After a few selfies in the red-walled hallway (decked out in rock n' roll photography), we headed downstairs for dinner and drinks. Gild Hall offers up two distinct settings, the ground floor Felice Ristorante, candlelit and wood-paneled, and the upper level La Soffitta, the romantic wine bar that feels like a private cellar. Since Felice was completely full up, we enjoyed the Tuscan-inspired dinner menu upstairs, surrounded by walls of vintages. Health-minded diners need not worry, FYI - their quinoa salad with a roasted winter vegetable medley, avocado, sliced radishes, toasted almonds, parmigiano, and basil dressing was to die for. As was Felice's in-house wine. (And carb-lovers, you've got plenty of rustic pasta options!)
