Chef Marc Forgoine will be making delicious plates such as “NYC Pastrami Spice” Subs; American Cut Wings with a chili lobster sauce; Tater Tots; Sunchoked Spinach with fontina and smoked salt, and desserts from Pastry Chef Tara Glick.
