Mad Men Season Finale
As Mad Men depicts the lives of Madison Avenue advertisers, it is only appropriate that NYC give it a proper farewell. Below are events in honor of the show's final season.
March 2nd- April 5th, New York Public Library releases its Mad Men book list including 25 books read by the show's characters.
March 14th-June 14th, Mad Men at Museum of Moving Image features an exhibition dedicated to the character's attire and props.
March 21st, Mad Men at the Lincoln Center where show creator Matthew Weiner and actors Jon Hamm, January Jones, Christina Hendricks, John Slattery and Vincent Kartheiser will celebrate the show's end by discussing their favorite scenes.
March 23rd- March 29th, Mad Men Restaurant Week at 1960s prices! Restaurants include Le Cirque, El Parador Café, '21' Club, Barbetta, P.J. Clarke's and Delmonico's.
March 29th, Conversation with Matthew Weiner at the Museum of Jewish Heritage as he discusses the role of Jewish identity in Mad Men and its impact on the show.
April 22nd-23rd, Mad Men at the Brooklyn Academy of Music where movies related to the show will be played, including a talk back with Matthew Weiner and a surprise cast member.
May 20th, New York Public Library where Matthew Weiner will discuss all aspects of Mad Men as a final farewell.
