This underground go-to features delicious crafted cocktails with interesting flavors and 'grammable looks. It's decked out in cozy decor with comfy banquets that will make you feel warm while enjoying your cocktail. FYI, one of the Up&UP's "rules" is that men can't approach women, so boys - be on your best behavior!
