Number 1 on the list of things we didn't know we needed but we're thrilled about? A delicatessen serving up cocktails. (Because who doesn't want their bagel with a side of gin?) Iconic New York institution 2nd Ave Deli recently debuted an upstairs watering hole aptly called 2nd Floor. Located above the Upper East Side staple, the cocktail bar features drinks such as the Man-O-Manischewitz (Dorothy Parker Gin, spiced Manischewitz and lemon), the Upper Eastsider (gin or vodka, house ginger beer, Dr. Brown’s Cel-Ray, cucumber and mint), and a selection of kosher wines and beer from Israel.
