Step into this sunny, Greenwich village cooking studio for help from one of the biggest names on the NYC restaurant scene. Owned by Belgian chef Paul Vandewoude, of Tartine in the West Village and Le Zinc in Tribeca, the studio offers a special class with Saveur magazine for foodies in training, as well as specialty classes like French Classics, Sunday Brunch and Dreaming of Spring.
