Picnic in Bryant Park
Now that it's finally spring,
take advantage of the city's beautiful parks.
Bryant Park is the perfect destination for a picnic. They have tables and chairs, and you can even lounge on the grass. The park is well maintained, and not as large and overwhelming as
Central Park. Better yet, there are always tons of
free events going on. Make a day of your trip to the park by timing your picnic to coincide with an event - a juggling or bagpipe performance, perhaps. Come summertime they'll screen movies weekly as well. Check the event calendar
