A Massive 1920s Dance Party Returns To NYC This Weekend!

Calling all flappers and bootleggers! New York's famous Jazz Age Lawn Party returns for its 13th year this weekend, featuring live music, epic performances, and two wooden dance floors perfect for doing the Charleston.

The brainchild of nostalgic crooner Michael Arenella, who leads his very own Dreamland Orchestra, the biannual bash could easily rival one of Gatsby's fictional fetes - especially since its boozy sponsor list includes Aperol, VieVite Provencal Rosé, LEJAY Cassis, Bootlegger 21 NY Distillery, and Radeberger Pilsner.

The roaring rager is kicking off the summer on Governors Island this Saturday and Sunday, June 16th and 17th, and will return later in the season, on August 25th and 26th. Wear your Fitzgerald best and expect vintage vendors, old school dance lessons, croquet games, magic shows, and more. So pack a picnic basket (or order a pre-made one) and prepare for a sunny shindig that’ll blast you to the past.
