Anna checked into Soho's swanky 11 Howard hotel in February 2017 and it quickly became her home base. She made friends with the staff and was known to tip generously in cash. However, once management realized she didn't have a credit card on file, they demanded she settle her $30,000 bill before eventually kicking her to the curb.
