King Cole Bar
Where better to have a Bloody Mary than at its birthplace, the King Cole Bar? In 1934, Fernand Petiot created the Bloody Mary at King Cole Bar. Since Bloody Mary was deemed an inappropriate name for the elegant bar, it was referred to as the "Red Snapper." If you're looking to get a piece of history, we recommend you head to the St. Regis and try the Bloody Mary that started it all. A bit different than its Mason jar counterparts, the "Red Snapper" at King Cole Bar is served in a wine glass. This isn't your average dinky brunch cocktail, as it'll cost you a quarter of a Benjamin to get the mother of all Bloody Marys.
