Hawksmoor

Highly acclaimed London-based chophouse Hawksmoor has made its U.S. debut in the historic United Charities Building, a landmarked locale in Gramercy that has been closed to the public for over a century. Built in 1892, the building's lavish interiors have been restored in time for the exciting transatlantic transplant's big opening this month. Decked out in dark reclaimed wood, emerald green leather booths, and antique finds, the eatery's sophisticated décor effortlessly complements the grandeur of the building's former Assembly Hall-turned-dining room, which boasts a gorgeous 30-foot vaulted ceiling, elaborate crown molding, and stained glass windows. Come for the stunning interiors, stay for the world-class dining.
