Bank Rock Bay
Keep an eye out for rare birds and varied wildlife as you explore Bank Rock Bay, a narrow inlet at the northern tip of the Lake. In 2008 the Central Park Conservancy restored this popular bird-watching area, reconstructing the shoreline and planting thousands of new plants. The scenic Oak Bridge was also recently restored and designed to look like the original bridge built on the spot in 1860.
