Madison Square Garden Goes Rodeo, Hosts Professional Bull Riding Invitational

by Daniel Reynolds · January 6, 2012

It’s hard to find a real cowboy in New York City these days. Unless of course they’re singing naked in the middle of Times Square. But yee-haw folks, hold on to your Louboutin heels! The cowboys are riding into town for the sixth annual Professional Bull Riders’ Madison Square Garden Invitational.

And this ain’t your average rodeo, this is the official Built Ford Tough Tour. For three rip-roaring nights, forty of the world’s top bull riders take on some of the baddest bulls that ever kicked up dust.

$15 will get you a seat, but for $250 guests can get the VIP experience which includes food, a commemorative gift bag, and downtime on the dirt with the bulls and the boys of the Professional Bull Riders, the world’s premier bull riding organization.

Or for the cowboy-lovers who can’t attend, crack open another kind of PBR and watch the live broadcast HERE. And be sure to enter the “Built Ford Tough Invasion” sweepstakes HERE for a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas and a brand new pickup truck, the F-150 SVT Raptor.

You know what they say: it’s easier to fall off a bull than fall in love. So skip the dive bar mechanical bull, and saddle up. Or rather, save a horse and ride a taxi down to Madison Square Garden for this high falutin’, rootin’ tootin’, cowboy bootin’ event of the season.

Bull rides are held at 8pm, nightly at Madison Square Garden from Friday, January 6th to Sunday to January 8th. Tickets range from $15 - $205, $250 for the VIP experience, and can be purchased HERE. For more information on Professional Bull Riders and their events, visit their official website.
