Just last week, Nick Lovacchini and Shane Lyons, previously of Momofuku Noodle Bar, opened an American restaurant. This Tribeca pub house serves interesting yet delicious dishes inspired by regional influences. Distilled has amazing American meat dishes like fried duck with waffles and classic hamburgers, as well as lighter fish dishes and even a variety of salads and vegetable dishes for our vegetarians out there. They also offer a variety of inventive cocktails, wines and beers. Distilled aims to create an open and communal environment, much like the atmosphere for historic Public Houses in America.
