The vision of a self-taught cook with a desire to show others the limitless possibilities of home cooking, this culinary group builds its unique and original events around simple, familiar food - but with a twist, of course, to keep things fun. One of their most notable meals? Just your average 6-course sit down luncheon held on the L train. Events take place about once a month, though if you can only make it to one, their annual Last Meal dinner is a must. Upon registering for the club, members are asked to detail what their last meal would be. Working from the responses, the evenings menu is a creative collection, turning out such items in the past as Chicken & Caviar, and Ribeye & Clams.
