My picturesque autumnal weekend would be a quick weekend getaway to the Bedford Post Inn with my husband Alexander and our dog Thatcher, to see the beautiful colors. I would spend my day going on long hikes and early dinner with incredible sherry from the Jerez region. Every autumn I love to go to the restaurant Extra Virgin in the West Village for dinner and sit outside. I order their seasonal pumpkin risotto, they serve it in a pumpkin - it is too good.
