I love New York in the autumn because the weather is perfect, the colors are inspiring, and the energy is contagious. My perfect weekend starts with a workout at Flywheel with Holly or Bree or a zen stretch at Yoga Vida (Saturday flow class has live music). During the day reading in Washington Square park and listening to the piano man, brunch al fresco with friends at Jack's Wife Frida (get the Mediterranean breakfast) or at one of the many yummy vendors at Gansevoort Market, and walking the High Line or Central Park with my camera in hand. And the other day lunch at the Smorgasburg in Brooklyn, followed by vintage shopping at the Brooklyn flea. At night a cozy dinner at Cafe Mogador in the East Village (chicken tagineis a must) and then Jazz at Jules Jazzbar. Or if I'm uptown, jazz at The Carlyle Hotel is iconic and the perfect date spot.
